Research Centers

IOPA Research Centers denote an especially sharp focus and or that someone with passion and knowledge has sought ‘ownership’ of an IOPA policy assessment need, which means an important mismanaged, overlooked, or ignored policy analysis arena.  Consider being such a person and propose the IOPA policy assessment need you want to own, or ask to join in on one of the Centers already listed.

Some of the Centers fall wholly within a Tier 1 or 2 policy issue.  Others such as the Center for Transition Gains Trap Studies, Center for Misfit – Forced Independence – Studies, and Center for Accountability Enhancement are multi-policy arena endeavors.
